Topic: The issues of representing clients in criminal court while recognizing their family law issues
This presentation will address issues that arise when representing a defendant who is charged with a crime that has direct consequences on the ongoing family court matter. There are clients charged with domestic assault or harassing behaviors that have family court matters which directly affect what happens in criminal court.
