Join us for a Free CLE Event Hosted by Women in eDiscovery (WiE) in collaboration with MPA’s Litigation Sectional and Technology Sectionals. Managing Expectations of Managed Review

This presentation will take a look at various resources to try and define reasonable expectations for Managed Review. Along the way, we will also discuss common pitfalls and best practices to manage quality.

Speakers:  Eloris Snyder, Esq.; Senior Director, Staffing Solutions

In her role as Senior Director, Ms. Snyder oversees the teams of professionals responsible for delivering specialized review solutions. These solutions include Managed Review, Antitrust Review, Enterprise Program Management, and Incident Response Review. Ms. Snyder joined TLS in 2014 and has focusedon the design and implementation of the service delivery model used in order to provide stellar customer service and quality results. Her efforts have centered on the use and customization of technology to increase accuracy and implement automation where possible, the enhancement of reporting and metrics to identify and analyze trends, and the specialization of the workforce to maximize innovation, among others.

Ms. Snyder has experience in a number of roles within the eDiscovery review industry She has previously worked as a Recruiter, a Project Manager, and a Consultant Her previous roles were at leading providers of review services, as well the eDiscovery practice of a medium size law firm. Ms. Snyder has worked on antitrust regulatory matters, antitrust litigations, Hart-Scott-Rodino matters, as well as Second Request matters. These matters include multinational companies, expedited discovery deadlines, as well as a wide variety of data sources and languages.
