Speaker: Pem Gyerry, EVP, SIGNiX

Mr. Guerry, currently serving as executive vice president of SIGNiX responsible for sales and marketing, IP, risk management, HR, regulatory affairs, etc., possesses a wide range of financial, marketing and technology management experience in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Guerry earned his B.A. from Southern Methodist University and his M.B.A. from the Wharton Business School. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, now IBM Global Services, as a consultant on financial, operational and strategic issues to a wide range of industries. Mr. Guerry served as Assistant Commissioner of Finance and Administration for the State of Tennessee, serving under Commissioner Bob Corker, currently a U.S. Senator. Other previous positions include vice president of Chattem, president of RiverCity Company and president of World Healthcare Systems. He also has served as Vice Chairman of the board of the Tennessee Technology Development Corporation, Chairman of Southeast Community Capital and as a Director of Tech 2020. Mr. Guerry’s other civic and community activities include serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Erlanger Medical Center and the Public Education Foundation.
