This presentation will provide an in-depth overview of disclaimers in the context of pre-death estate planning and post-death administration. We will discuss tax-qualified vs non-qualified disclaimers, disclaimers under Federal and Minnesota law, estate planning opportunities and estate administration using disclaimers.
