Speaker: Pat Plunkett
Mr. Pat Plunkett is a shareholder at Larkin Hoffman. He has been an adjunct Professor of Law at William Mitchell College of Law and an adjunct instructor at the University of St. Thomas. His practice focuses on family-owned and closely-held businesses with respect to estate planning and probate, succession planning, contract review, business formations, organizational structures, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and internal disputes among owners.
Mr. Plunkett is also legal counsel for several charities, educational organizations, healthcare providers, and religious and civic organizations. He is a frequent speaker and has authored numerous publications related to legal issues facing privately held businesses and nonprofit corporations.
