Brandon Rimnac

Mr. Rimnac has over 15 years’ experience in the Legal Technologies industry and has consulted law firms, corporations, and government agencies through extraordinarily complex cases. He has traveled internationally and appeared at industry tradeshows as a subject matter expert, and he regularly provides guidance for case teams on topics including forensic collection workflows, defensible artificial intelligence use, and production best practices.

Brandon has been a contributing member to award-winning Product Development teams and has worked to implement advanced analytics, predictive coding, and quality of life improvements for his clients. He has also created documentation, marketing and training videos, and websites for many of today’s leading eDiscovery applications.

Born in Minnesota, when he isn’t working with his clients, Brandon enjoys traveling to warmer climates with his wife, daughter (8), and son (4).

Matt Samet

Matt began his legal career in New York in 2004, transitioning to a focus on e-discovery in 2007, while working as part of the Discovery Attorney Team at Willkie Farr and Gallagher. Upon moving to Minnesota in 2012, Matt began his legal technologies and services project manager career, where his ability to foster relationships with highly sophisticated clients and oversee projects at the program level led to his promotion to Portfolio Manager where he regularly set up account level SOPs and Best Practice Playbooks. Matt came to TransPerfect Legal in January 2022, with the perspective of someone who has worked on both the law firm and vendor side of the e-discovery industry - he can frame ideas and concepts in a way that is digestible by all audiences. Matt is an early adopter of new technologies and has been at the forefront of onboarding clients to new offerings TransPerfect releases, whether it be with homegrown technologies or partnering with our technology partners.

Lyndsey Wurst

Lyndsey Wurst, CEDS, serves as the Director of Strategic Accounts at TransPerfect Legal and is a recognized leader in litigation support, eDiscovery, and Legal Operations. With more than 20 years of experience, she has built a reputation for driving innovation and efficiency in the legal industry. Lyndsey was honored as Thomson Reuters’ Synergy 2022 Legal Operations - Innovator of the Year, a testament to her expertise in outside counsel management, legal budgeting, eDiscovery strategy, and optimizing litigation workflows. Her skill set extends beyond technical proficiency—she excels in time management, conflict resolution, change management, and budget forecasting, all while leveraging cutting-edge legal technologies to enhance collaboration and operational effectiveness. Having worked across plaintiff and defense practices, law firms of all sizes, and corporate law departments, Lyndsey offers a well-rounded and strategic perspective on the industry's evolving challenges. Her commitment to advancing legal operations makes her an invaluable voice in this space.

Jim Sullivan

Jim Sullivan is an accomplished attorney and a leading expert in legal technology. As the co-founder of eDiscovery AI, he is at the forefront of transforming how the legal industry leverages advanced artificial intelligence in document review. With two decades of experience, Jim has become a recognized authority on integrating AI into legal workflows, playing a key role in modernizing eDiscovery practices.

Throughout his career, Jim has consulted on thousands of predictive coding projects, utilizing AI to efficiently identify relevant documents in complex, large-scale legal matters. His expertise has made him a sought-after speaker at legal technology conferences, webinars, and meetings, where he advocates for the adoption of AI to improve productivity, accuracy, and defensibility in legal proceedings. Known for his forward-thinking approach, Jim encourages legal professionals to embrace AI as a means to future-proof their careers.
