This presentation will cover the key differences between these agreements, required financial disclosures, common documents and information to gather, important procedural considerations, and best practices for keeping the process organized from initial client intake through execution. Attendees will also learn how to spot potential issues, support the attorney in meeting statutory requirements, and help ensure the final agreement and file are complete and properly documented.

Courtney is a skilled family law attorney. Courtney began as a law clerk at a Twin Cities family law firm during her second year of law school and has been helping individuals and families navigate this process ever since. Her legal practice has been exclusively in family law and she has represented clients in the areas of divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, and other family law areas. She is experienced in high asset divorces, complex social issues and all aspects of family law.
